Breagan R. Webb wants to live in a world where a child is given the opportunity to be a child. Where they don’t have to worry about where their next drink or meal will come from or where preventable diseases ruthlessly disable and kill. Where they can use their imagination, attend school, and learn. Where children and teenagers, who are blessed to grow up without such concerns, find joy in doing their part to help those less fortunate find hope for a better future.
He has been a member of Rotary since 2011 and loves the opportunity to interact with remarkable individuals who share his desire to make a positive change in the world.
As an Ameriprise Financial Advisor, he has been helping families navigate the complexities of wealth management so that they can feel confident that their essentials are covered, lifestyle preserved, and unexpected obstacles addressed; so they can focus on that which is of worth to them and the legacy they will leave.
When Breagan is not helping families on their journey towards a confident retirement or providing Rotarian service, you can find him spending time in the outdoors hiking, camping, or fly-fishing with his wife Amber and four sons; or around a campfire with a troop of boy scouts teaching them valuable skills and principles which will serve them throughout their lives.

Brinton R. Webb wants to live in a world where individuals take more responsibility. Not only does he want to see more personal responsibility displayed, but also a willingness to help the many who, because of circumstances beyond their control, find it impossible to care for their personal needs and those of their family.
He has been a Rotarian for more than 14 years and loves the way Rotary makes him feel. “Being in Rotary is being a part of a worldwide humanitarian effort. My money and efforts are leveraged to lift lives next door and a half a world away.”
As a Certified Financial Planner and a Franchise Owner with Ameriprise Financial he’s always taken the attitude that life is to be planned. After 33 years of helping individuals to realize their dreams by formalizing their goals, leveraging their financial resources, minimizing the tax impact on their income and portfolios, protecting their families and arranging for the wise distribution of their estates, he is now to the point that he will be passing his business legacy on to two of his sons.
When Brinton isn’t found helping individuals or businesses with their planning concerns or participating on Rotary projects, he can be found serving as a humanitarian missionary for his church, taking trips with his wife and family, reading, playing the piano, attending theatrical performances and occasionally taking in a round of golf.

This vision came when she was a single mother of four, two of her children profoundly deaf, and she founded Audio Enhancement in 1978. In 2004, she formed a partnership with Panasonic to bring the newest and best technology possible to the public classrooms. Today, as an internationally recognized leader in Infrared Sound Field Technology, Claudia continues to lobby strongly for Audio Enhanced classrooms everywhere.
When she’s not making a difference in classroom education through improved wireless audio transmission, she’s volunteering with her foundation “The Child Shall Speak Foundation” (a foundation created to teach deaf children to talk), the Draper-Riverton Rotary club, making appearances as past Bluffdale City mayor, traveling with her husband Dale, and spending time with her family.
